SnowBear Farm is located at the base of the first ridge of the Blue Ridge Mountains just east of the Shenandoah River and about 2 miles northwest of Round Hill, Virginia. The land being farmed was first farmed in the 1700's and the farm house was built in 1786 by Isack James reputedly the great grandfather of Jesse James. We grow a large variety of vegetables (many heirloom), some berries and a mix of fruit trees. We are located about 50 miles northwest of the Washington Monument.
